Job description

Noe & Associates is growing our Innovation Department in Miami. We are seeking a technical and organized Producer to partner with our London and New York teams in delivering complex projects spanning Digital Twins, CGI Animation, AI-driven content generation, and experiential work for a major real estate development client.
You will act as the bridge between creative vision and technical execution by keeping ambitious, multi-stakeholder projects on track from concept through delivery. Collaborating with our partner studios, Imerza and Visualisation One, you'll deliver best-in-class marketing materials for some of the world's largest architecture and real estate developments. If you have a proven ability to deliver creative technology projects on time and on budget, we want to hear from you.

Execute Innovation Projects: Manage the day-to-day planning and execution of digital twin, CGI, AI, and experiential projects from concept to completion, ensuring milestones are met.
Technical Workflow Coordination: Support production workflows involving real-time rendering (Unreal Engine), 3D modeling, AI content production, and interactive/experiential installations.
Proposal & Scope Management: Use strong writing skills to help articulate complex scopes, draft proposals, and create clear documentation for client stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate daily communication between designers, developers, and engineers while acting as the primary liaison for external vendors and animation studios.
Project Controls: Maintain detailed project plans, track risks, and manage budgets using tools like Excel, Basecamp, and Jira.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience: 5+ years in project management with a focus on technical or creative technology projects.
Technical Fluency: Familiarity with Game Engines (Unreal or Unity) and 3D Software (e.g., Max, Maya, Blender) is highly desirable; high-level knowledge of IT and AV hardware systems, such as immersive LED walls and backend servers; exposure to digital twin or experiential/installation work is a plus.
Organization: Exceptional organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines simultaneously.
Communication: Strong verbal and written presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical constraints into clear client updates.
