Job description

The Multimedia Center of Excellence is seeking a Senior Associate Producer with a passion for visual storytelling and strategic communications. 

As a Senior Associate Producer within the Consumer and Community Banking Multimedia Center of Excellence you will deliver multimedia content for a range of internal and external channels, tailoring creative to each platform and audience. In addition, you will lead the production lifestyle and coordinate stakeholders through planning, approvals, production, and post-production to translate complex topics into clear, compelling stories that meet brand and accessibility standards. 

Job responsibilities

  • Produce, plan, film, and edit original video content for internal and external platforms.
  • Partner with communications and subject matter stakeholders to align objectives, define audiences, and manage expectations throughout production.
  • Lead projects start to finish by identifying topical content ideas, shaping creative approaches, and developing and executing distribution strategies.
  • Develop scripts, storyboards, and production plans that minimize risk during execution.
  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery (scope, schedule, approvals, and quality), while remaining hands-on in filming/editing as needed.
  • Lead content approval process and maintain required documentation to mitigate risk and ensure project files are organized for auditability and reuse.
  • Consult with partners across the organization to provide guidance on video content for conferences, recruiting, and senior leader communications.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 5+ years of experience creating compelling video content in a similar environment (news, television, agency, or corporate).
  • Strong production skills: DSLR videography, audio capture, and lighting.
  • Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite; Premiere Pro and After Effects 
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end video production across ideation, pre-production, production, post-production, and distribution.
  • Knowledge of copyright, trademark, intellectual property licensing, and fair use.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, comfortable working on tight deadlines, and able to respond well to changing priorities.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Working knowledge of additional creative tools such as Audition, Animate, Character Animator, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
