Job Description
This is a long-term contract opportunity that is offered on a W2 basis only. All work must be performed onsite at client facilities in Seaside, CA (Mon-Fri 7:45 am -4:45 pm PT). Successful candidate must hold an active Secret security clearance issued by the federal government at the time of hire or have an inactive clearance eligible for reactivation.
We are seeking a Production Coordinator/Site Lead with management/supervisory and team organizational skills, preferably with a background in adult learning, instructional systems design, and training services. The successful candidate will be responsible for project deliverables, scheduling, team coordination, and customer satisfaction for a high-profile e-Learning program.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Managing a team of multi-disciplined professionals (multimedia, production, programming, etc.) at Government facilities to achieve a common goal and set of deliverables on budget, on schedule, and at the highest quality;
  • Coordinating the production of e-Learning modules using files and input from course writers, editors, audio technicians, illustrators, animators, and programmers;
  • Instructional design development;
  • Writing Q&As, feedback, and hints for second-language acquisition (SLA)materials;
  • Image search, and adapting and incorporating graphics; and
  • Tracking, logging, and maintaining the integrity of files.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in management or a related field.
  • Ability to interact in a professional, multicultural, and fast-paced work environment, where unexpected deadlines must be met.
  • Strong organizational and critical decision-making skills, team commitment, an astute attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a flexible and professional attitude are essential.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: instructional design development, curriculum development, TESOL, or second-language acquisition (SLA).
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills, and ideally experience in Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat X Pro, and Illustrator.
  • Active Secret security clearance (or higher) issued by the federal government.
  • Experience in speaking and/or working with at least one foreign language is a plus.
