We are seeking an art director who has a passion for social and for bringing Fallon's history of creative excellence into 21st-Century platforms.

This role will have the opportunity to create internet-breaking work. Taste, intelligence, and a keen eye are critical. Candidates should have excellent conceptual thinking and content creation experience.

This person should be terminally online and well-versed in the ways of Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, and internet culture in general.

The best portfolios will show a range of award-winning social-first projects, from content to campaigns to reactive moments to activations. Of course, we love candidates who have had viral moments on their own personal platforms as well.

This role requires someone with exceptional videography and photography skills. Digital art, illustration, animation, apparel design, and other visual art niches welcome and celebrated. Familiarity with QSR a huge plus ;)

Responsibilities

The person in this role must be able to concept and create visual assets for social posts.

This job moves at the speed of social. It is essential for this art director to stay up-to-speed on trends and action on them quickly.

Duties include capturing content, designing for real-time moments/trends, creating evergreen content, proactive concepting, and ideating against activation opportunities.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-6 years of relevant creative experience.
  • Skilled in developing high-level brand concepts as well as articulating those concepts in executions across various media channels.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating smart, brand-building ideas, and executions.
  • Are based in or willing to relocate to Minneapolis.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of craft.
  • Expert proficiency in entire Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Expert proficiency in videography, photography, and design.
  • Prolific in creating social-first assets.
