FoxNXT is FOX Entertainment's next generation tech innovation studio designed to accelerate how we create, produce, and scale premium storytelling across every business unit. The AI Animation Producer is a builder role responsible for developing and executing next generation animation workflows powered by AI. You will partner with creative, technical, and production teams to translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable animation pipelines, managing projects from concept through delivery. This role operates at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and production innovation.

Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.


A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead AI driven animation projects from inception through delivery while building workflows from scratch
  • Partner with creative teams, R&D, and technical artists to develop and implement AI assisted animation pipelines
  • Facilitate intake sessions with animation stakeholders to define creative and technical requirements
  • Establish project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for AI enabled animation initiatives
  • Translate emerging AI tools into practical production workflows that enhance speed and creative output
  • Manage vendors, artists, and cross functional teams across animation production
  • Track progress, identify risks, and resolve production challenges in a fast evolving environment
  • Ensure consistency in quality, storytelling, and technical execution across projects
  • Document workflows, tools, and learnings to support scalability and repeatability


WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 7+ years of animation production experience in television, film, or digital media
  • Experience working with AI driven creative tools, real time engines, generative AI tools, or virtual production
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of animation pipelines including 2D, 3D, or hybrid formats
  • Ability to build processes in fast moving and ambiguous environments
  • Excellent time management and ability to consistently meet deadlines in high-pressure, fast-paced settings
