This role is the backbone of our operation. You help ensure every product is made right, every time. That consistency is what our customers rely on to care for their animals.


What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow production schedules and keep work moving on time
  • Assist with formulation and packaging of animal health products
  • Perform quality checks to ensure every product meets standards
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready
  • Support inventory and order fulfillment
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What You Need to Bring
  • Experience in production or manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow written instructions and perform basic math
  • Clear communication and a team-first mindset
Additional Experience That Helps
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Forklift experience preferred, willingness to become certified required
  • Lockout/tagout experience preferred
  • Experience in feed, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus

This is a fast-paced production environment. It requires focus, consistency, and accountability. The work is physical, and the standards are high, but the team is dependable and the work matters.

Bonus Opportunity

We are currently offering a $750 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments:

  • $375 after 6 months of employment
  • $375 after 1 year of employment

Sign-on bonus is available to new hires and paid upon successful completion of employment milestones and satisfactory performance. Applicable taxes will apply.
