At PIPESTONE, animal welfare and biosecurity are at the heart of what we do.

We're looking for an Animal Welfare & Biosecurity Admin Assistant to help support critical programs, ensure compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement across our systems.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Animal Welfare and Biosecurity
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up communications
  • Support development, training, and verification of biosecurity plans
  • Monitor and review photos and videos for biosecurity compliance and non-compliance
  • Coordinate with auditors on sample collection, preparation, shipment, and follow-up on lab results
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date documentation and records
