Houston SPCA is seeking an Animal Cruelty Investigator who approaches complex, high‑stakes situations with calm, discipline, and professional rigor.   • Able to follow written procedures and legal requirements precisely
  • Willing and able to:
    • Become certified as a Private Investigator (Texas DPS)
    • Work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
    • Operate vehicles and trailers
    • Work in challenging and emotionally difficult environments
