Customer Service Specialsit ( Animal Care )
$16.00 to $17.00 Hour
7:30AM to 6:30PM ( 20 hour work week )

Candidates should be open to working on Weekends. Must be able to speak , read and write in English and have the ability to communicate in Spanish also.

All candidates must complete Background and Drug Screenings prior to hire.

Customer Service Specialist: Provides customer service and clerical support for an assigned Division or program. Work involves receiving and assisting callers and visitors; providing information and explaining policies and procedures; collecting payments and applications; and performing a variety of routine clerical duties. Essential Functions Answers division/department telephones and incoming correspondence; assists callers with questions regarding division programs, services or procedures; refers callers to other staff members as appropriate; and takes messages; may operate switchboard. Receives, screens and assists visitors and/or customers; provides information; and/or directs visitors to appropriate staff member or division; provides information regarding Division programs; explains policies and procedures; receives applications, payments, requests and/or complaints; and researches and provides information from division databases or records as requested.
