ROLE SUMMARY: The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for developing and leading integrated marketing strategies that drive long-term business growth, strengthen brand equity, and attract and retain consumers across the Craft East brands. This role provides strategic leadership across multiple marketing functions and manages a team of Marketing Managers, each responsible for executing channel-specific marketing plans. Leveraging consumer, industry and commercial insights, the Senior Brand Manager oversees integrated marketing planning, program tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. Working closely with various stakeholders, this position will help build brands and bring programs to life from ideation to final execution in the market. The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical, and people-focused leader who is comfortable with complexity and excels at developing high-performing teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Lead development and implementation of strategic marketing plans that support brand objectives, drive growth, and strengthen brand performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Marketing Managers responsible for executing channel-specific marketing plans.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for integrated marketing programs across paid and organic digital, sponsorship, experiential, and trade channels.
  • Leverage consumer insights, market research, competitive analysis, and performance data to identify opportunities and optimize Craft East marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Craft East Brand Managers, AB and Craft East sales teams, and other internal and external stakeholders to develop programs that support business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, sponsor partners, and suppliers, including contract negotiations and oversight of deliverables.
  • Manage relevant marketing budgets, optimize investments, track spending, and report performance to leadership.
  • Analyze campaign and program results to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistent brand standards across all products, communications, promotional materials, and consumer touchpoints.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and build strong relationships across the organization to drive successful execution.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years of Marketing experience for CPG, with beer/alcoholic beverage experience strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of Management experience.
  • Experience with managing a growing consumer lifestyle brand.
  • Experience managing agencies and holding accountable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data to internal and external customers.
  • Strong presentation skills and deck building abilities.
  • Understanding of direct store delivery three tier system and strong knowledge of the retail environment.
  • Ability to make business-critical decisions driven by both data and knowledge of business needs and legal requirements.
  • Conducts work in a sitting and standing position primarily; however, job requires frequent walking, stooping, bending, and light lifting.
