SUMMARY: All Tri-Eagle Sales employees are expected to live and lead the Tri-Eagle Sales FISH philosophy and company values with a focus on customer service excellence. Responsible for fully covering Sales Rep routes as determined by Sales Support Manager, in coverage of absences due to sickness, vacation, Team Sell coverage, training and other Sales Rep absences deemed excused.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


SALES EXECUTION

  • Provide customers with reliable and efficient sales of Anheuser-Busch products through merchandising, and the successful completion of other related duties.
  • Sell and service each account as scheduled and follow Tri-Eagle Sales policy on sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with retailers.
  • Sell and service each retailer remembering that the customer is very important to Tri-Eagle Sales and Anheuser-Busch and must be dealt with respectfully and courteously.
  • Honor all business commitments to customers.
  • Responsible for following structured sales process by segment. Additional segment specific duties are outlined below, but not specifically limited to:
  • On-Premise โ€“ selling-in and protecting Tri-Eagle Sales brands on all draught systems, selling in and displaying or merchandising additional package brands, selling in non-alcohol and wine/spirits brands as applicable by account license type, merchandising store interior/exterior, ensuring product freshness through product rotation in all coolers, keg coolers and deep wells, and ensuring line cleaning is conducted on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Large Format โ€“ adhering to and improving shelf space according to chain and store specific schematics, selling in new brands and items as defined by AB and Tri-Eagle Sales management , selling in displays in support of weekly ad features and monthly promotions as defined by account ads, keeping and improving shelf space on non-alcohol and any applicable wine and spirits brands, keeping and improving shelf space in any warm space schematics, facing and merchandising shelves fully upon each account visit, adding additional merchandising presence as defined by Tri-Eagle Sales management during nights and weekends.
  • C-Store/Other Off-Premise - adhering to and improving shelf space according to chain and store specific schematics, selling in new brands and items as defined by AB and Tri-Eagle Sales management , selling in displays in support of monthly ad features and monthly promotions as defined by account ads, selling in additional displays to support ABI and TES initiatives, keeping and improving shelf space on non-alcohol and any applicable wine and spirits brands based on license type, facing and merchandising shelves fully upon each account visit, selling in additional displays to support ABI and TES initiatives, merchandising store interior and exterior with applicable POCM, ensuring all bins, shelves and displays contain only Tri-Eagle Sales brands.
  • Comply with company mission statement and state beverage regulations.
  • Monitor competitive activity daily and provide sales management accurate information.
  • Places stock on shelves or racks. Maintains rotation of products according to Anheuser-Busch and Tri-Eagle Sales standards. Adheres to all quality control standards of Anheuser-Busch and Tri-Eagle Sales in accordance with the โ€œOld Beer Policiesโ€ set forth by management.

MISCELLANEOUS

  • In addition, when not fulfilling Sales Reps roles and responsibilities, Relief Sales Reps will be scheduled for additional delivery, merchandising and execution of AB and partner brand programs.
  • Drive company vehicle safely, courteously and obey all traffic regulations.
  • Responsible for maintaining all assigned company equipment in clean, quality condition.
  • Work safely and adhere to company safety policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.) and three years of DSD sales or delivery experience or college degree and 6 months of related experience. Must be able to learn and understand all State and Federal Beverage Laws. Must be able to learn and comply with all Anheuser-Busch, Inc., and Tri-Eagle Sales policies. Must be able to operate a tablet and/or computer.


LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.


REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to follow a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:

Must maintain current State of Florida Driver's License.

Negative reading on a N.I.D.A. drug screen.
