Due to the fast-paced nature and limited resources typical of startups, Angular developers may need to wear multiple hats, such as handling both frontend architecture and UI design. Collaboration is usually close-knit, requiring frequent communication with product managers, designers, and backend engineers. Additionally, adapting quickly to changing priorities or technology stacks is common, so flexibility and continuous learning are crucial for success.
