Job description

Production Support

We are seeking experienced developers with strong expertise in Actimize (ActOne & STAR) to support a critical financial crime case management platform. This role will focus primarily on production support, configuration, and enhancements of an enterprise application hosted on AWS.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6 years of experience with Actimize (ActOne required)
  • Strong experience with Java development
  • Hands-on experience with Actimize modules (ActOne, STAR preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Experience working in AWS cloud environments
  • Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Python or PowerShell scripting
  • Exposure to DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Experience with Actimize configuration tools (ActOne Designer, Visual Modeler)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
  • Provide production (BAU) support for Actimize-based applications (~50%)
  • Perform configuration and customization using Actimize tools such as ActOne Designer and Visual Modeler (~30%)
  • Develop and enhance application features using Java (~20%)
  • Troubleshoot issues, analyze logs, and resolve production incidents
  • Support case management workflows within financial crime systems
