About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Bank Policy Writer who thrives in a fast-paced, international fintech environment and understands how to balance compliance requirements with operational agility.

In this role, you will lead the development, drafting, and maintenance of banking and operational policies for MAKE Financial Technologies SEZ in Anguilla. You will ensure all internal policies comply with local Anguilla regulations, including the Anguilla Labor Act 2022, as well as international fintech best practices, supporting a robust, scalable, and compliant operating framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and maintain comprehensive banking policies, procedures, and internal manuals.
  • Ensure alignment with Anguilla regulatory requirements and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with the Legal team to update policies based on evolving fintech requirements and cross-border partnership agreements.
  • Maintain policy repositories to support audit readiness and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in policy writing for financial institutions or fintech companies.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with or ability to rapidly master Anguilla's legal and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
