OAG is hiring experienced Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants to work for us at Legacy Salmon Creek medical center in Vancouver, Washington. No new grads at this time. The Washington State licensing commission has stated they expect to be able to start the licensure application process in December. With licensing and credentialing timelines, we anticipate start dates in the OR to be around May/June 2026.

Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants will join our changing and growing anesthesiology practice in Washington State. For full-time employees total compensation will be in the range of $310,000 to $335,000. We offer an excellent benefits package valued over $40,000 that includes health insurance, 10% 401k contribution, 7-weeks PTO, life/disability insurance, malpractice, and sign-on and relocation bonuses. You will be expected to take Call.

We are looking for CAAs to work in the operating room within an anesthesia care team model in a full-time capacity.

To support our clinicians, we have a corporate office which handles billing, contracting, finance, accounting, compliance, marketing, IT, human resources and operations.
