Job description

We are seeking Medical Assistant to join our team! In addition to anesthesia for plastic surgery and other office-based practices, we care for children in pediatric dental offices that are nervous, young or special needs. You would be assisting the anesthesiologist in those clinical locations. You would also be working in our Jericho office and helping to distribute supplies to our locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist anesthesiologist with clinical cases in the office setting
  • Coordinate scheduling and preop calls
  • Monitor storage and inventory of supplies at office locations
  • Maintain clean and healthy work environment

โ€‹Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as medical assistant, phlebotomist or related fields
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and office staff
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Spanish and English speaking a must
