These programs typically cover topics such as anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, equipment setup, and patient monitoring related to anesthesia care. Training may include both classroom instruction and hands-on clinical experience, allowing students to develop the skills needed to assist anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists in various healthcare settings. Upon completion, graduates are often eligible to take certification exams and seek employment in hospitals, surgical centers, or outpatient clinics.
