USAP TN offers a variety of anesthesia cases while still encompassing great work-life balance. About the position: • Home base hospital is Centennial Medical Center

• $50k signing bonus for experienced + updated comp package • New residency stipend program which will present a flexible monthly stipend for select residents in their 3rd and 4th years of training! Centennial Medical Center Centennial Medical Center is one of our largest hospitals located in the heart of downtown Nashville. Centennial is a 750-bed hospital with 55-60 ORs. Centennial has the most variety of cases including a Cardiac Team, PEDS Team, OB team, Vascular, Neurology, ENT, Plastic, Robotics, General, Urology, Ortho, a Cancer Center and much more! Centennial is a for-profit hospital owned by HCA and known for efficiency and a high level of patient care. Centennial has 90 CRNA’s and 35 MDAs. AMG has been providing Anesthesia services to Centennial for over 20 years and averages 39,000 cases a year. Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown ( Can potentially spend 10% of time at, right next door) Saint Thomas Midtown is our second largest hospital located right next to Centennial in downtown Nashville. Saint Thomas Midtown is a 680-bed hospital with 45-55 ORs and a non-profit hospital owned by Ascension Healthcare. Saint Thomas Midtown has a great variety of cases along with work life balance. Cases include OB, Vascular, Neurology, ENT, Plastic, General, Urology, two surgery centers, a joint center, and a spine center. Saint Thomas Midtown is also known for their high volume of OB, doing around 8,000 births a year. Saint Thomas Midtown averages 50 CRNA’s and 20 MDAs. AMG has been providing Anesthesia services to Saint Thomas Midtown for over 20 years and averages 32,000 cases a year.

Qualifications

  • All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.

  • Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology (completion of a fellowship may be required.– add if required)

  • Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
