ARSIEM is currently looking for an Android‑Savvy CNO Developer. This position will support one of our government clients in Fort Meade, MD.

Pay Range

$130,000 - $145,000 per year.

The ARSIEM pay range for this level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other laws.

Responsibilities
  • Support Android development for the SAS Mobile team.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5 years of software development experience.
  • Experience must be in software development or an extremely related discipline.
  • 2 years of cybersecurity/CNO-specific development.
  • C development.
  • Native Android development.
  • Embedded development.
  • Bluetooth experience.
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or something extremely similar) with C development and Reverse Engineering within a CNO environment.
  • MS degree may substitute for 2 years of experience; a Ph.D. may substitute for 4 years of experience.

Clearance Requirement

This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.

Candidate Referral

If you do, ARSIEM has a way for you to earn a bonus through our referral program for persons presenting NEW candidates who are successfully placed on one of our projects. The bonus for this position is $10,000, and the referrer is eligible to receive the sum for any applicant we are able to place within 12 months of referral. The bonus is paid after the referred employee reaches 6 months of employment.
