The Opportunity

We’re actively seeking an experienced GM Master Technicians to join our high-performing Service Department. This role is designed for a top-producing, quality-driven technician who takes pride in their craft, values teamwork, and wants long-term stability with a company that invests in its technicians.

Compensation

$50-$65 per commission flag hour

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repairs as outlined on repair orders
  • Assist with diagnostics and vehicle inspections
  • Learn and follow dealership and manufacturer repair standards
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team members
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 Years Certification by GM preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Subject to background check, MVR, and drug testing
