Assures quality-focused, cost-effective delivery outcomes and the business success of the organization. Utilizes experience, research, and education to effectively oversee the human, fiscal, and material resources of the ancillary departments. Areas may include, but not limited to: safety, maintenance, laundry, environmental services, infection control, and emergency preparedness.
Job Description

Values education and seeks opportunities to enhance the knowledge and competencies of staff and managers. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Troubleshoots, coordinates, and provides oversight to multiple departments within ancillary services. Takes on and completes other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. In lieu of degree, 6 years of relevant experience is acceptable.
Minimum of three years' experience in a healthcare setting is required. Three years of healthcare management experience is preferred.
Maintains any certifications and/or licensure as required by profession.
Depending on location, current valid driver's license may be required and must meet all medical guidelines for Sanford Health Category III drivers.
