Anchor Therapy, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will deliver psychological clinical services primarily to individuals who have experienced workplace injuries, focusing on their mental health and overall well-being. The successful candidate will facilitate a range of therapeutic modalities, including assessments, case management, individual and group psychotherapy, and psychoeducation, aimed at helping clients navigate the psychological effects of their injuries.

  • Assess clinical progress by conducting brief individual follow-ups with clients in the Functional Rehabilitation Program (FRP), implementing appropriate interventions as needed.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans by utilizing assessment findings and active participation in clinical discussions.
  • Deliver clinical care informed by the latest best practices in pain psychology, ensuring interventions are both effective and empathetic.
  • Document all client interactions and treatment plans in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to maintain accurate and comprehensive records.
  • Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in clinical practice, safeguarding clientsโ€™ rights and well-being.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with clients who have sustained injuries at work, many of whom may exhibit symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic pain. Your understanding of the psychological aspects of these conditions will be crucial in developing effective treatment plans. By fostering a therapeutic alliance, you will help clients build resilience and develop coping strategies tailored to their unique experiences.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work is required.
  • Active California License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of documented experience using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-oriented interventions.
  • Previous experience working with patients with chronic pain conditions is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to form therapeutic relationships with clients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills, necessary for effective documentation and client interaction.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working within an integrated therapeutic framework combined with physical rehabilitation methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with addressing complex trauma cases will be an asset.
