Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, end-to-end technology and digital initiatives. This role is responsible for project planning, execution, and governance-including managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strong leadership across cross-functional teams, and leverages data-driven insights to drive performance and decision-making.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement
  • Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and dependencies
  • Align delivery objectives with business goals and stakeholder priorities
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within scope
  • Engage customers and stakeholders to triage, prioritize, and resolve feedback
  • Present project progress, roadmaps, and strategic updates to leadership
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies
  • Lead program and release activities across Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
  • Demonstrate servant leadership and strong delivery governance
  • Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and delivery teams to improve Agile maturity
  • Support solution delivery, including requirements coordination, UX alignment, and release planning
  • Apply Agile and Lean principles to optimize program performance and efficiency
  • Coordinate internal and external solution interfaces
  • Translate business strategies into execution-focused delivery plans
  • Validate and improve solutions through performance metrics and feedback loops
  • Manage dependencies and perform functional allocation across workstreams

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management delivering complex, end-user-facing solutions
  • Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including SAFe frameworks
  • Experience across the full product and solution lifecycle (concept through delivery and optimization)
