AS A MARKETING & ANALYTICS PROJECT MANAGER, YOU WILL:

  • Working with Marketing Directors and Account Managers to define project scope, overall objectives and deliverables
  • Coordinate the proper intake, routing, and publishing of tasks and projects including capturing project scopes to meet established deadlines.
  • Creates and assigns tasks to an internal team of Digital Marketing Analysts, Marketing Automation Specialists, and other team members as needed.
  • Analyzes requests and understands total asks before engaging the appropriate department resources, ensure proper prioritization, meet all established deadlines, and proactively resolve issues that may impact the delivery of requests.
  • Maintains regular communication with internal client support teams and external clients for early detection of issues. Use metrics wisely to help identify project areas that might need attention.
  • Compile reporting related to tasks and hours spent on projects and clients.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a related role preferred;
  • Working knowledge of current marketing best practices, such as digital marketing principles for email, paid media, and creative;
  • Familiarity with project management processes, such as planning, executing and monitoring project strategies;
  • Understanding of project management tools, Asana experience a plus;
  • Strong understanding of customer service, client relations and the benefits of collaboration;
  • Must have the ability to work independently and self-motivate, as this position allows the incumbent to work from home;
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Must be capable of multi-taking in a fast-paced environment;
  • Must possess a strong ability to manage ones own time, prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives and be self-directed and able to work independently;
  • Must be able to identify problems, their sources, and their potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruption;
  • Must be a flexible and reliable team player, both within own department and within company as a whole;

However, we do offer the option of working in the office for employees located in Montral (CAN), Pittsburgh (U.S.), Dallas (U.S.), Sydney (AUS). If you dont live near an office but happen to be visiting nearby, you can work from the office for as long as you need.
