Project ManagerLead Complex Utility Engineering & Infrastructure Projects

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex engineering and construction projects? Join a dynamic team where you'll lead high-impact utility infrastructure initiatives from concept through completion, collaborating with industry experts to drive successful project outcomes.

In this role, you'll oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll serve as a trusted partner to clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, helping shape critical infrastructure projects that make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the planning, design, execution, and delivery of utility engineering and construction projects.
  • Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project performance, milestones, and deliverables while proactively identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, cost estimates, technical reports, and progress updates.
  • Analyze project data and technical information to support decision-making and minimize project risks.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders while fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry requirements throughout all project phases.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • 8+ years of project management experience overseeing capital projects.
  • 8+ years of experience working with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams.
  • Demonstrated success managing project schedules, budgets, scopes, and resources across complex projects.
  • Strong experience within engineering, utility, infrastructure, construction, or turnkey project environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate multiple solutions and make sound project decisions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Experience
  • Utility, energy, or infrastructure project experience.
  • Commercial construction and turnkey project delivery experience.
  • Experience managing large, complex, multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • PMP certification or other project management credentials.

Pay and Benefits

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
