As a Senior Program Manager, Business Operations & Analytics, you will perform a wide variety of planning, analysis, evaluation, and project management to improve the efficiency of internal administrative operations.

We are currently filling three vacancies, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

Qualifications:

If you have volunteered your service through a National Service program (e.g., Peace Corps, Americorps), we encourage you to apply and include this experience on your resume.
The GS-14 salary range starts at $127,829.00 per year.  
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. 

Specialized experience is experience in the management of programs with experience in all of the following:

  • Identifying performance metrics and targets to track strategic improvements while ensuring alignment with agency plans and policies.
  • Providing advice to management on the interpretation of laws, policies, and/or regulations of strategic importance.
  • Facilitating strategy reviews with various program areas to analyze trends and/or determine the impact of organizational changes.
  • Using qualitative and quantitative methods (such as Administrative data analysis, Trend analysis, Narrative documentation, etc.) to evaluate program effectiveness, conduct gap analyses, and/or develop long-range plans.
