Assignment Details:

  • Duration: 960 Hours in a fiscal year

Role Overview:

The Information Systems Analyst Intern will perform entry-level professional work supporting the development, integration, testing, documentation, maintenance, and enhancement of business systems and database applications. The role focuses on asset and maintenance management platforms including IBM Maximo Application Suite and Kayuga IRIS, while supporting integrations with ArcGIS, AVEVA PI System, and Infor CloudSuite Financials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support development, installation, coding, integration, testing, documentation, and maintenance of business systems and database applications.
  • Assist with IBM Maximo Application Suite and Kayuga Systems Infrastructure Renewal Intelligence System (IRIS).
  • Analyze user requirements and business needs.
  • Develop technical solutions to improve integration between asset and maintenance management systems.
  • Support integrations with:
    • Esri ArcGIS
    • AVEVA PI System
    • Infor CloudSuite Financials
  • Contribute to data quality, system functionality, and ongoing application support.

Required Experience:

  • Knowledge of data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization concepts and applications.
  • Experience with software installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices.
  • Understanding of quality assurance, quality control, and data integrity principles within business information systems

Preferred:

  • Experience working with asset management or maintenance management systems.
  • Exposure to business systems integration and enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with GIS, industrial data platforms, or enterprise financial systems (ArcGIS, PI System, CloudSuite Financials).
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and analytic solutions.
