R&D Resident & Front Office Engineer for Dearborn, MI to develop automotive ultrasonic camera & radar components & resolve product issues at customer site; participate in reviews; complete specifications; release parts; handle change requests; interface with customer; support builds & signoffs; provide input on timing & ADV plans; develop & maintain engineering documents; engage in DFM & DFA; close work orders; initiate data transfers & population into Vehicle Assembly Structure; analyze root cause & develop action plans; investigate alternatives; develop service plans & owner manuals; support resolutions; explain customer position; ensure delivery requirements are met; initiate DFMEA & PFMEA.
