Job Title: Manufacturing Analyst/Admin – Tooling Organization

Location: El Segundo, CA---On-site

Client: Major aerospace company

Duration: 12 Month Contract

Pay Rate: $27/hr on w2

Job Summary:

Seeking a Manufacturing Analyst/Admin to support the Tooling Organization in a fast-paced, team-based manufacturing environment. The role focuses on administrative coordination, scheduling, data analysis, reporting, and process support while working with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Support manufacturing, production planning, business, and operational processes.

·       Manage and schedule meetings, calendars, presentations, and leadership deliverables.

·       Gather, organize, analyze, and report data for leadership.

·       Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

·       Support production planning, quality, manufacturing, materials, equipment, and process improvement activities.

·       Manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines.

·       Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

·       Adapt to changing business priorities and support special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

·       Strong Microsoft Office skills.

·       Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:

·       Pivot Tables

·       VLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH

·       Sorting & Filtering

·       Basic formulas

·       Macros

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/Calendar and PowerPoint.

·       Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication.

·       Basic data analysis and reporting experience.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·       Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.

·       Aerospace or industrial manufacturing experience.

·       Experience with SAP, MES, ERP, or MRO systems.

·       Experience with Power BI or Tableau dashboards and reporting.

·       Project management experience.
