Role Overview
As an Analyst at RZR Global, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making processes and optimizing our advertising strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets, uncover actionable insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our advertising campaigns. Your expertise in data analysis and your ability to communicate findings effectively will be essential in shaping our success.
Responsibilities
  • Run campaign optimization, data trend analysis, and missing opportunity analysis to identify areas of improvement and growth for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with key members of the Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Business Development teams by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Drive growth of the organization through analytical and business development projects.
  • Own analytics-related conversations with clients and drive success for the assigned accounts.

Skills & Experience
  • Graduate of Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or any other analytical field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on analytics experience in the programmatic media advertising/ad tech industry.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience using BI tools (Tableau, Sisense, etc.).
  • Foundational knowledge and experience using SQL, Python, R, and related data query tools.

Benefits
  • The San Francisco salary range for this full-time position is $85,000-$150,000 inclusive of base, bonus, and other benefits.
