•                     Recommend the “To-Be” business process
•                     Author BRD and Process Design Documents and obtain business sign-off
•                     Support IT development team in understanding business requirements and use cases
•                     Provide business knowledge on Serialization and Aggregation to IT development team
•                     Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for US, EU, and other regions
•                     Assist business during UAT for all test scenarios
•                     Support IT team during functional and technical design phases
