About the role

Secure is looking to hire an Analyst. The role will be responsible for supporting Asset Management and Acquisitions professionals on all stages of the deal life cycle including (but not limited to) financial analysis and reporting, data management, legal document review, managing deal pipeline, evaluation of potential transactions, performing due diligence, competitive analysis, and asset management of existing investments.

Responsibilities:

ยท Due diligence on prospective real estate investments as well as monitoring current investments

ยท Review source documents, including financial operating statements, insurance certificates, leases, etc.

ยท Perform credit analysis on potential tenants along with market research (sales comps, rent comps, sector trends)

ยท Build and update financial models

ยท Prepare investment summaries and memorandums

ยท Prepare marketing materials for senior management, investment partners and lenders

ยท Ensure transaction execution, including tracking closing checklist / diligence deliverables and review of legal documents

ยท Review assetโ€™s operational and financial performance; prepare weekly and monthly asset management and deal performance updates

Required Qualifications:

ยท Bachelorโ€™s Degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or related field

ยท Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

ยท Demonstrated interest in real estate industry

Potential Qualifications:

Salary:
The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role.
