Who You Are
The Analyst is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and achieving inventory management objectives. This role requires an advanced level of experience and knowledge to support daily departmental goals, provide effective problem resolution and troubleshooting, and mentor and guide new employees.
How It's Done
  • Drive daily achievement of departmental inventory objectives
  • Assign, maintain, and update warehouse locations
  • Complete inventory adjustments related to cycle counts and zero-outs
  • Conduct daily inventory cycle counts and reconcile variances, including completing inventory adjustment documentation
  • Perform accurate data entry of inventory transactions
  • Develop, modify, and execute programs to support transaction completion
  • Maintain daily organization, cleaning, and retention of records
  • Ability to work third shift with flexibility to support operational needs and maintain productivity

What You Need
  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years' professional experience in a warehouse and/or logistics role
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts, manlifts, and pallet jacks as required
  • Maintain and file departmental records in accordance with retention guidelines
  • Reorganize and reconfigure warehouse stock as needed
  • Proficient in PC applications, with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems
  • Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Capable of climbing ladders and working at elevated heights as needed
  • Certified or able to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet movers

What Would Be Even Better
  • Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
  • 4 or more years of experience in warehousing and/or logistics
  • Forklift Certified
