Job Summary:
Cyber Risk Analysis Group is a cybersecurity firm specializing in mid-market companies that cannot afford downtime. The NOC Analyst III is responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining clientsโ€™ network and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability, providing higher-tier support and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the NOC.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Monitor and manage network and system performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance metrics.
โ€ข Handle incident management, communication (written and verbal), and troubleshooting with limited supervision.
โ€ข Be part of a NOC team, covering advanced issues and providing guidance to junior analysts.
โ€ข Collaborate with other techs to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
โ€ข Utilize monitoring tools to track the availability and performance of critical applications, systems, and networks.
โ€ข Execute daily system and network log reviews, incident management, and reporting activities.
โ€ข Provide timely customer interaction and support via call, e-mail, and portal request.
