This role is exclusively for class of 2026 undergraduate students. We are not considering graduate students, MBA candidates, or prior-year graduates.
This is a high-responsibility, high-expectation role. You will be trusted with meaningful work from day one. The right candidate is detail-oriented, executes with precision, manages multiple competing priorities, and takes ownership of outcomes. Mistakes will happen, but you must be able to quickly identify them, learn from them, and improve.
Job Description
As a Corporate Strategy Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping Planet Networks' growth, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic direction. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, business operations, and executive strategy. This is a highly cross-functional role, as you'll need to collaborate with teams in sales, construction, finance, customer success, and engineering. You will be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, manage multiple competing priorities, and consistently deliver accurate, thoughtful work under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Working with the digital infrastructure deployment team to design fiber-optic routes, identify issues, and develop an execution plan.
  • Assisting with territory planning and with the development of strategic, competitive, and product analyses. Conduct market research and analysis.
  • Interpret and analyze complex data to derive key insights and report on KPIs. Verifies the quality, accuracy, and reasonableness of the data. Displays, organizes, and crafts data into a compelling storyline with actionable insight.
  • Help create and execute on our M&A pipeline.
  • Contribute to creating and sharing competitive intelligence findings and conclusions with senior management, including presentations, white papers, case studies, etc.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Skills Qualifications
  • Core skills and qualifications:
  • Current undergraduate student graduating in summer of 2026
  • Excellent problem-solving, modeling, and data-storytelling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with open-ended goals
  • Willingness and ability to learn quickly

Preferred skills and qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, or BI tools
  • Prior experience in strategy, consulting, analytics, or corporate development
