CWH Advisors is hiring an Associate Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time, nearly fully remote position. CWH is a healthcare advisory firm built around real-world operating experience.

Our team is made up primarily of senior executives and operators who understand the realities of running healthcare businesses. We deliver work that is insightful, execution-focused, and grounded in what drives value for our clients, whether they're leading growth‐stage companies or strategic healthcare investors. What You'll Do As an Associate Consultant , you will play a central role in delivering rigorous, insight‐driven work to healthcare investors, technology companies, and providers.

Responsibilities vary by engagement but typically include: Conducting market assessments and landscape analyses across priority healthcare sectors, including home‐based care, value‐based care, revenue cycle management, and other high‐growth areas. Researching and synthesizing complex healthcare trends and challenges, translating data into clear insights and implications for investors, operators, and technology‐enabled businesses. Developing polished, executive‐level presentations and materials designed for C‐suite leaders, investment committees, and boards.

Supporting client engagements end‐to‐end, including research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and structured storytelling under the guidance of senior engagement leader. Contributing to business development efforts, including company diligence, market research, and proposal development for new client opportunities. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience as an Associate Consultant, Senior Analyst, or Associate Advisor at a leading healthcare consulting, advisory, or management consulting firm, or in a comparable healthcare‐focused role. Demonstrated experience conducting market assessments, strategic analyses, or commercial diligence within healthcare.

Strong ability to structure insights and develop clear, compelling presentations for executive and investor audiences. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; comfort using Word and emerging AI‐enabled research and analysis tools. Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, economics, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‐paced environment. Willingness to travel occasionally; most work is conducted virtually.
