Job description

The Associate Consultant is a foundational consulting position responsible for supporting project teams by conducting research, performing structured analyses, and creating well-designed client deliverables under guidance. This individual will participate in client meetings, shadow experienced consultants, collaborate closely with immediate project teams, and contribute to shared goals while building a comprehensive consulting toolkit.
The ideal candidate will bring a Bachelor's degree with relevant coursework, internships, or up to two years of experience, paired with a foundational understanding of business concepts and a passion for problem-solving. This professional must be capable of applying an analytical mindset and strong communication skills to solve client challenges, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement, and pursuing entry-level certifications to build expertise within the firm.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and organize data to support project insights and recommendations.
  • Perform analyses using structured approaches to help solve client challenges.
  • Develop clear, well-designed slides, documents, and presentations for client deliverables.
  • Collaborate with team members to prepare and present materials in meetings and workshops.
  • Incorporate feedback to continuously improve quality and effectiveness of work.
  • Pursue entry-level certifications aligned with developing expertise areas.
