Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a close-knit and hardworking team. This role is integral to the organization, as you will be responsible for managing personal lines accounts, including home, auto, renters, non-standard auto, and umbrella policies. Compensation Package
  • Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Quoting new and renewal policies.
  • Explaining coverage options to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Cross-selling additional products and services when appropriate.
  • Managing and processing policy renewals.
  • Collecting and updating renewal information.
  • Assisting clients with billing and claims inquiries.
  • Maintaining and servicing a book of personal lines accounts, with a mix of standard and high-net-worth clients.
  • Utilizing AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Oregon is required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry (3+ years preferred).
    • Familiarity with personal lines accounts, including home, auto, renters, and umbrella policies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client accounts.
