What you'll do at Jamf:

Jamf is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to help expand our Communications team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, this individual contributor will be responsible for the management and execution of Jamf's communications strategy - spanning both external public relations and internal employee communications. This highly visible role will work closely with teams across the organization to help tell Jamf's story externally via the press, while ensuring employees are engaged, informed, and connected to the business's goals and values. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in PR and communications best practices, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects with confidence and clarity.

What you can expect to do in this role:

External Communications & PR

  • PR Strategy: Plan and execute against a PR plan aimed at raising Jamf's brand awareness and brand equity in global markets.
  • PR Agency Management: Manage retained PR agencies in the US and UK, as well as agencies across the globe on a project basis, keeping them on task and delivering against goals.
  • Press Content Creation: Identify timely topics and create, edit, and support compelling press content to tell impactful stories to external audiences via the press.
  • Media Relations and Analyst Relations: Identify and engage with industry-relevant journalists, analysts and influencers to further Jamf's thought leadership presence in the space.
  • Thought Leadership: Help build Jamf spokespeople's thought leadership platforms and execute on strategies to amplify Jamf's voice in the market.
  • Industry Research: Stay up to date on industry and competitor news and use research to help elevate Jamf's positioning and leadership in the market.
  • Crisis Communications: Support coordination of crisis communications as needed.

Internal Communications

  • Internal Communications Strategy: Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute an internal communications strategy that aligns employees with company priorities, business objectives, and organizational values. Ensure key initiatives, company updates, and people-related news are communicated effectively, consistently, and through the most appropriate channels.
  • Company-Wide Communications & Events: Lead the planning and execution of company-wide communications programs, including monthly all-hands meetings, and annual kickoffs. Develop agendas, executive messaging, scripts, presentations, and supporting materials, while coordinating all event logistics to deliver engaging and impactful employee experiences.
  • Employee Engagement: Build strong relationships across all business functions to understand communication needs, gather insights, and amplify employee voices. Develop initiatives that foster engagement, strengthen company culture, and ensure employees remain informed, connected, and aligned regardless of location or work environment.
  • Executive Communications: Support senior leaders with internal messaging, presentations, talking points, and strategic communications that reinforce company priorities, inspire employees, and drive organizational alignment.
  • Change Communications: Develop and execute communication plans that support organizational change, business transformations, and key company initiatives, helping employees understand the rationale, impact, and desired outcomes of change.

What we are looking for: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, including public relations (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field (Required)
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
  • PR agency experience (Required)
  • Experience working in B2B technology (Required)
  • Excellent understanding of communications best practices (Required)
