We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Customer Care Representative (CCR) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people. If you’re organized, personable, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with dispatch
  • Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our system
  • Resolve customer concerns or escalate when necessary
  • Support the service, plumbing, and electrical teams with administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center or home services experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
