Job description

Job Title: ACC Analyst

Department: AMOS Competency Center

Reports To: Technical Project Manager

Work Schedule: Full Time


Summary:

The ACC Analyst will assist with the creation and up-keep of SOPs, stay informed about AMOS improvements, be the first line of contact for end-users, and perform analytical functions pertaining to the AMOS systems. In addition, the ACC Analyst will assist with any projects, as necessary, relating to AMOS.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Shall be the first point of contact for end-users in their respective specialty area.
  • Shall apply analytical methods for troubleshooting issues related to AMOS.
  • Shall assist with the creation and up-keep of SOPs pertaining to their area of specialty.
  • Shall stay informed about improvements and issues relating to the AMOS software.
  • Shall assist with patch and version testing progression.
  • Shall assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) with AMOS Business Leads and Key Users.
  • Shall work in coordination with IT regarding any AMOS related errors or issues that require I.T. intervention.
  • Shall assist with data monitoring and auditing.
  • Shall travel when required for AMOS related trainings, conferences, workshops, etc.
  • Accomplishes any other duties as assigned by Manager.

Education and/or Experience:

Must be well versed with AMOS and have knowledge of Kalitta Air business processes, preferably within their area of specialty.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Airline experience/knowledge. 121/145 preferred.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to work independently and within a team to carry out duties to completion within parameters of instructions given.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Understanding of System Software functionality.

Language/ Mathematical Skills:

Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English.
