As an AMO Technician - Mechanic I, you arebeing responsible for:

  • Investigating and resolving equipment-related complaintsin accordance withmaintenance procedures.

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and parts lists to diagnose technical issues.

  • Supporting maintenance activities while following established procedures and safety requirements.

  • Troubleshooting hydraulic circuits and electro-mechanical systems toidentifyroot causes and corrective actions.

  • Utilizing diagnostic equipment including multimeters, megohmmeters, and hi-pot testers.

  • Supporting maintenance of electrical systems including three-phase 480V and single-phase 120V equipment.

  • Assistingwith inspection, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure equipment reliability and complaint resolution.

  • Maintainingaccuraterecords related to complaints, troubleshooting activities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

  • Utilizing computer systems to track maintenance activities, complaints, and repair documentation.

  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and maintenance effectiveness.

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Haveexperience in mechanical maintenance, equipment repair, or industrial operations.

  • Have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.

  • Have knowledge of hydraulic systems and electro-mechanical equipment troubleshooting.

  • Have experience using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and hi-pot testers.

  • Havebasic knowledge of industrial electrical systems including 480V three-phase and 120V single-phase equipment.

  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Havegood written and verbal communication skills.

  • Have basic computer skills and the ability tomaintainmaintenance records accurately.

  • Have a strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
