The AMO (Assembly, Maintenance & Overhaul) organization plays a critical role in ensuring tools and equipment meet performance standards and customer expectations.

The Assembly, Maintenance, and Overhaul (AMO) Supervisor oversees downhole tool maintenance operations within the AMO Team, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with quality standards and safety protocols. The Supervisor collaborates with crossfunctional teams, guides technicians, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Further, this role maintains a strong safety culture, compliance to standards and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensures effective collaboration with Operations, and drives efficiency, safety, and service excellence.

As an AMO Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with business unit personnel to define operational tasks, schedule maintenance activities, and lead technical issue resolution
  • Acting as the primary liaison between the maintenance team and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Ensuring implementation of standardized maintenance processes while allowing flexibility for operational needs
  • Ensuring compliance with established procedures and supporting continuous improvement across AMO operations
  • Supervising daily activities, assigning tasks, and monitoring team performance to ensure highquality output
  • Providing coaching, technical guidance, and support to technicians to maintain efficient workflow and assist in maintenance as needed
  • Exercising discretion to adapt to Operation's needs within agreedupon limits while maintaining compliance
  • Participating in maintenance planning, resource allocation, and performance reporting
  • Analyzing data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience in AMO, maintenance operations, or a related technical field
  • Bring strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide technical teams
  • Have experience working with standardized processes, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
  • Can manage daytoday operations in a fastpaced environment
