Job description

Are you ready for some FUN in the SUN? Look no further than Del Amo Motorsports, So Cal’s premier Multi Line Powersports Dealership Group. We want the BEST of the BEST to join our team of professionals, and in return you will get industry leading support, training, COMPENSATION, BENEFITS and much more!

Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire an B Level Technician at our brand-new Victorville location.

We offer full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, 401K, Demo Days and Work Outings.

This is a full-time position with an hourly pay range betweenĀ $26 to 28. Pay range is determined based on individual’s skillsets and experience.

Shop hours are Tuesday through Sunday 9am-6pm; Monday we’re gone riding.

You are a great fit if you can:

  • Competently diagnose and repair any product sold in the dealerships; Motorcycles, ATV’s, UTV’s and watercrafts.
  • Accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on products in for service.
  • Complete a repair order efficiently and within scheduled amount of time.
  • Train, mentor, and transfer skills/experience to other technicians
  • Meet deadlines and complete work in a productive and profitable manner.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with all Del Amo employees and customers.
  • Abide and comply with all dealership policies and compliances.

Other Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years as a powersports technician required.
  • Own M1 License and clean driving record.
  • Technical and/or Mechanical abilities.
  • Familiarity of product lines sold in dealership. Ā
