Job Description

You'll serve as the onsite operational lead for an established international healthcare program supporting U.S. government personnel, overseeing workforce coordination, operational performance, stakeholder engagement, and quality initiatives that help keep healthcare services running effectively across the site.
Working closely with project leadership, clinical teams, and operational stakeholders, this position helps maintain quality standards, support interdisciplinary coordination, and strengthen overall operational performance across the site.
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day healthcare operations across the site, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, supporting workforce performance, and serving as the primary liaison between clinical, operational, and program stakeholders.
  • Manage workforce operations including scheduling, timekeeping, travel coordination, onboarding activities, and other administrative processes that support operational continuity and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with program leadership and cross-functional teams to track priorities, resolve operational challenges, support deliverables, and maintain alignment with program objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate training initiatives, onboarding activities, and operational practices that support workforce readiness, consistent performance, and effective healthcare service delivery.
  • Promote adherence to established SOPs, operational policies, compliance requirements, and quality-focused standards across daily healthcare operations.
  • Prepare operational reports, maintain program documentation, and support audit readiness, clinical quality initiatives, logistics coordination, and continuous performance improvement efforts.
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, leadership, or related field; background in medical administration preferred.
  • 3-5 years of leadership, deputy management, or healthcare operations experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
  • Current BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid passport and ability to maintain passport validity throughout the assignment.
  • Ability to relocate to Iraq for the duration of the assignment, obtain and maintain MRPT eligibility, and meet program physical readiness requirements.


Preferred

  • Experience supporting healthcare services within military, government-supported, international, or operationally complex healthcare environments.
  • Experience serving as a liaison between healthcare teams, program leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary healthcare or operational support teams.
