Job description

Dispatchers monitor different computer programs and generate feed tickets along with entering feed inventories in Excel. Dispatchers will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and be able to multitask.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities
  • Dispatch loads to drivers along with weighing trucks
  • Input inventories into excel and M-Tech computer systems
  • Balance farm folders
  • Balance tickets hauled from previous day
  • Create feed tickets when needed
  • Verify ABF program is followed accurately
  • Work through emergency situations as they arise and direct the situation to the appropriate management
  • Answer phone calls and log inventories from growers
  • Verify documentation at end of shift to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
