This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm EST - Remote

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for procurement support activities related to selected suppliers.

• Utilizes discernment in actioning inventory reporting and updating corporate items status.

• Responsible for transactions such as transfers, editing previous orders and special orders.

• Under the mentorship of the Buyer performs inventory management activities as assigned.

• Maintains current open purchase orders status by obtaining tracking information and updating item notes to maximize the established buyer service level objective.

• Makes suggestions and recommendations to continually improve the replenishment operation processes.

• Ability to resolve issues independently

• Able to mentor and train other employees.

• Supports Buyers' overstock inventory objectives by assisting with product returns.

• Performs related duties as assigned.

Contributes to operational improvement by recommending process enhancements and mentoring other team members to strengthen consistency and effectiveness in replenishment operations.

Education:

• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
