Job description

We are looking for a Staff People Business Partner to join our team. This is a hybrid role based out of our San Jose, CA office, requiring you to work on-site three days a week Tuesday-Thursday. In this position, you will report directly to the Sr. Director, People Business Partner in the People & Culture (P&C) organization. 

In this highly strategic and collaborative role, you will partner directly with our Americas Sales - Go-To-Market (GTM) organization to drive organizational scaling, navigate complex employee relations, and execute business strategy. You will think steps ahead, providing predictive thought leadership and clear, data-driven analysis to align people initiatives with broader organizational goals.

What you'll do (Role Expectations)

  • Own and execute key strategic workstreams and pillars within the P&C strategy for the Americas Sales - GTM organization
  • Proactively manage and support complex employee relations cases, identifying and mitigating organizational risks 
  • Partner with GTM leadership to articulate the business impact behind people programs, clearly connecting the dots across the what, why, and how 
  • Analyze diverse people data sets to uncover predictive insights and deliver proactive recommendations that enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Navigate fluidly between high-level organizational strategy and targeted execution, ensuring smooth scaling during major programmatic shifts

  • Extensive human resources experience supporting full employee lifecycle processes and strategic business partnering within a fast-paced, high-growth enterprise
  • Proven track record of autonomously managing complex employee relations cases and providing proactive coaching to people managers and executive leadership
  • Demonstrated experience fully owning, executing, and delivering high-impact strategic HR workstreams or pillars with full accountability
  • Strong background collaborating within a matrixed global environment, specifically supporting Sales or Go-To-Market functional organizations
