ย Jacuzzi Group is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst, Americas to serve as the primary finance partner to Americas Sales leadership. This role validates business cases and reports out to members of the C-Suite for commercial initiatives, driving profitable growth through pricing discipline, deal support, promotion evaluations, profitability enhancement initiatives, and forward-looking forecasting.

This role connects marketing initiatives to sales outcomes, measuring all aspects of proposed and actual business cases. It also supports Engineering and New Product Development by tracking investments and returns for these groups.

What You'll Do

Commercial Partnership

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Act as the dedicated but independent finance partner to Americas Sales leadership

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Support revenue growth with clear trade-offs on margin, pricing, and deal structure

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure finance is embedded in commercial decision-making (not retrospective)

P&L Support & Reporting

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Build, report on, and support the end-to-end commercial P&L for the Americas

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Drive gross margin improvement by channel (dealer, retail)

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders as the guide, counselor, and coach on SG&A spend across the region

Pricing & Deal Governance

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Support the team in driving customer profitability improvement

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Drive pricing and governance frameworks within guidelines established by the CEO, CFO, and CCO

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Lead deal desk support for non-standard or large commercial deals

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure disciplined discounting and margin protection

Forecasting

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Deliver rolling 12-month revenue and margin forecasts

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Drive forecast accuracy and transparency of risks and opportunities

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Build strong bottoms-up visibility from sales pipelines

Requirements

What You Bring

Required

ย ย ย ย ย ย  5-7 years in commercial finance, FP&A, pricing, or deal desk

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong experience partnering directly with Sales leaders

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Proven track record influencing pricing and deal outcomes

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Comfortable operating in high-autonomy, single-threaded ownership roles

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong business judgment - able to balance growth vs. profitability

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong written and verbal communication skills

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
