We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Colorado Springs and keep our North American warehouse running smoothly!

What You'll Do As our Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers and staff get what they need accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipping & Receiving: Pack and ship customer orders, unpack incoming vendor shipments, and organize incoming mail.
  • Inventory Management: Label, store, and deliver inventory; manage demo equipment; and keep track of packing supplies.
  • Event Logistics: Prepare and pack marketing materials and equipment for tradeshows.
  • Admin & Data Entry: Enter vendor bills into our database and record serial numbers in our CRM system.

What We're Looking For Requirements:

  • Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Great problem-solving ability and team spirit.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Bonus Points (Preferred, but not required):

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Previous administrative or office experience.
