Overview
Position: Receptionist
Location: On site- Santa Ana, CA
Pay: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm PST
Position Summary: Primary responsibilities include maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor towards all customers, visitors, applicants, and all guests who enter the front lobby. Additional responsibilities include keeping up on inventory of office supplies, ordering supplies, and assistance on various special projects that may be done while sitting at the receptionist's desk, and other duties as required.
Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Accept, sign for and distribute incoming employee mail as well as packages from messenger/courier services
  2. Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  3. Maintain and restock office supplies
  4. Assist with other projects as needed
  5. Maintain a professional front office appearance at all times
  6. Creating FedEx Labels and FedEx Billing/Reconciling
  7. Scanning legal documents and recording checks
  8. Opening mail/mailing out disclosures and sending/receiving mail
  9. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications
Desired Competencies:
  1. Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  2. Ability to communicate effectively via email, orally and in written form with co-workers, clients, and employees
  3. Multi-tasking ability
  4. Works well in a fast-paced environment
  5. Excellent attention to detail

  2. 1-2 years' experience working with mortgage loans preferred;
  3. Recent customer service and/or sales experience
